Housing provider Stonewater has appointed Kirsty Spark as its chief financial officer (CFO). She will join the firm’s chief officer group on 24 November.

Spark currently serves as CFO at affordable housing provider Accent Group, joining the company in 2018 as its financial controller. During her time there, she helped secure the organisation’s landmark £350m bond and strengthened its long-term financial resilience.
Alongside this, she spearheaded a broad corporate portfolio spanning finance, people and culture, technology, data, governance, risk and assurance.
Additionally, she is a board member and an audit committee member of Leeds Federated Housing Association and is the chair of governance and remuneration committee at the organisation.
At Stonewater, Spark will lead on finance, governance and assurance.
