
Later-living provider Rangeford Villages has secured reserved matters planning permission to deliver a 147-unit care home near Oakley, Hampshire.

Located on the grounds of the Oakley Hall Estate, also home to the Oakley Hall Hotel and Oak Lodge Care Home, the Bramston Park scheme will comprise a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as two- and three-bedroom bungalows.
The development will also include a range of wellbeing facilities for residents and family members, with a gym and spa featuring a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and exercise studio.
It will also have a restaurant and coffee shop with an outdoor terrace, a hair and beauty salon, a treatment room and a private dining room, alongside communal gardens with a village green, croquet lawn, putting green and fully landscaped gardens with raised beds.
Construction is expected to begin early in 2027, with the first homes anticipated to be ready for occupation in 2028.
Upon completion, the village will be operated by Rangeford. Rangeford Care will be the onsite CQC-registered domiciliary care service.
