Law firm Latham & Watkins has relocated its London office to One Leadenhall, taking 20 floors of BGRE’s City of London scheme.

The firm’s new, expanded space spans circa 300,000 sq ft, making it one of the largest legal lettings in recent years, and will support the continued growth of its London office.
The lease marks Latham & Watkins first office move since setting up in London in 1990. It has relocated from 99 Bishopsgate, another BGRE property, doubling its London office footprint by circa 50%.
One Leadenhall boasts BREEAM Excellent, WELL ‘Gold’ and EPC A ratings, and operates on renewable energy.
Latham & Watkins said its new space features a variety of flexible meeting and event spaces, modern collaboration hubs, technology-enabled workspaces, and wellbeing facilities.
Amenities include client fine dining, barista café, restaurant and refreshment hubs on every floor, a conference centre, private terrace and events space on level 32, private fitness suites on every floor and a LiveWell Health Centre.

In May, Brookfield reported reaching the milestone of 1m sq ft of leasing deals across its City of London and West End portfolio since the start of 2025, with record rents achieved at record rents were achieved One Leadenhall.
