Network Space has let more than 50,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Grange 34 on Grange Mill Lane in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, across two deals.

Book business Bestsellers Direct, which has more than 40 years of trading experience, has committed to a major expansion after signing for 30,000 sq ft across units 3 and 4 on a 10-year deal.
This follows a 22,537 sq ft letting to cured meat specialist ACM Meat Factory, which has taken a seven-year lease as it expands its manufacturing and wholesale business across the UK.
Knight Frank and CPP are appointed as letting agents.

The latest transaction means Grange 34 is now 50% occupied. With just one building remaining, Network Space is responding to market demand by splitting the final 50,505 sq ft unit into two smaller units of approximately 24,000 sq ft and 26,000 sq ft.
