Quadrant has completed a trio of lettings totalling 12,000 sq ft at its Cannon Green office and retail scheme in the City of London.

Cannon Green completed a major refurbishment earlier this year

Quadrant manages the 107,000 sq ft asset on behalf of Korean institutional investor KiwoomAM, appointed in 2023 to redevelop the underperforming building.

It said the three lettings came within three months of the refurbishment works completing, while a further 9,000 sq ft of office space is under offer to a separate occupier.

The lettings include GlobalLogic, a digital engineering firm, taking 4,732 sq ft on the sixth floor on a five-year lease.

US legal firm Ogletree Deakins has taken 4,106 sq ft on the third floor in a 10-year deal, while cloud-based business solutions firm Pure IP has taken 2,708 sq ft on the second floor on a five-year lease.

Cannon Street was bought by KiwoomAM in a £120m deal from Ocubis in 2018.

Johnny Armour, associate partner at Quadrant, said: “These lettings are a strong endorsement of our strategy at Cannon Green and the appeal of high-quality, amenity-rich workspace in the City of London.

“To secure three occupiers in quick succession, at attractive rents and within months of completion, is an excellent outcome for our client and a clear validation of the investment made in the building.

“With further space also under offer, Cannon Green is rapidly establishing itself as one of the City’s standout schemes.”

RX London and Cushman & Wakefield are the leasing agents for Cannon Green.
