Global real estate operator and developer Brookfield Properties has rebranded as BGRE with immediate effect, to reflect the business’s continued growth.
BGRE manages office, logistics, hospitality, retail and residential space in gateway markets around the world. It said it was committed to building strong partnerships, operating sustainably and creating places where people can work, live, connect and thrive.
The rebrand to BGRE enables the company to define its market-facing approach. There is no change to the company’s operations or personnel.
In May, the company reported that it had reached the milestone of 1m sq ft of leasing deals across its City of London and West End portfolio since the start of 2025 on the back of continued occupier demand in the capital.
The company said strong tenant retention and record rents underlined occupiers’ continued confidence in high-quality buildings and its partnership approach.
