Investor Kinrise has acquired 3-5 Bedford Row, a prime office building in Bloomsbury, central London.

3-5 Bedford Row
The 27,500 sq ft Georgian building, marketed for sale at £22m, has been recently refurbished and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and market-leading sustainability ratings.
Kinrise will further reposition the building to offer a range of fully furnished and blank-canvas office options, arranged over six floors, welcoming companies of all sizes.
The building occupies a prominent position at the southern end of Bedford Row, recognised as London’s legal core.
Samuel Lawson Johnston, co-founder of Kinrise, said: “The acquisition of 3-5 Bedford Row marks the first purchase in our latest UK cities fund, creating iconic buildings for a new world of work. It is a great addition to our growing portfolio and aligns perfectly with our mission to create buildings that abundantly benefit our investors, our building’s tenants and our neighbourhoods.
“Now, we’re excited to fill it with London’s most forward-thinking companies.”
Knight Frank acted on behalf of the seller, while MP2RE acted on behalf of the purchaser.
