Federated Hermes has been granted planning consent to redevelop a 60,268 sq ft warehouse at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, Dorset.

The £2.4m programme for Unit A3 at Fleets Corner comprises replacing the roof with a new metal roofing system incorporating new rooflights and creating a mezzanine level with 3,682 sq ft of modern office accommodation, complementing the existing offices on site.

Meanwhile, at Fareham Reach Business Park in Gosport, Federated Hermes has secured a 19,000 sq ft letting to The Jessie Leigh Dance & Cheer Academy, while GSF Car Parts has agreed a lease on Unit 810.
