Deepki has acquired sustainability consultancy Evora Global and its energy data collection subsidiary Metry, combining the three firms into one global business.

The combined offering expands Deepki’s ability to help customers improve the financial and environmental performance of their portfolios.

Metry strengthens Deepki’s automated data collection in the Nordics, reducing manual work and providing a stronger foundation for decisions, the firm said.

Meanwhile, Evora provides transaction due diligence, asset assessments and energy procurement services, which Deepki said complemented its platform and services, strengthening its market leadership across the US, UK, and Europe.

By combining Evora’s and Metry’s capabilities with Deepki’s purpose-built technology and AI, portfolio data is transformed into actionable intelligence, according to the firm, providing support from automated data collection to implementation, to accelerate asset performance and deliver a faster return on investment.

Vincent Bryant, chief executive and co-founder of Deepki, said: “Real estate professionals need clarity to make fast decisions, protect liquidity, and drive asset value. By pairing Metry’s automated data engine with Evora’s end-to-end investment advisory, Deepki enhances its software-as-a-service platform to give our clients an unmatched co-pilot.”

The deal is Deepki’s fifth acquisition, following its purchase last week of UK-based Camion, a specialist agentic AI firm for the built environment. It said the move comes at a time when real estate is entering a new era of asset decision-making, with energy volatility, regulation, climate exposure and the growing electrification of buildings changing the economics of portfolios.

Investors increasingly need to understand not simply how an asset is performing today, but where to invest, what to improve and where future value and risk will emerge, according to Deepki.

In March, Deepki launched a Sustainability CapEx Index to analyse the financial requirements for buildings’ transition to sustainability across Europe, with aim for it to act as a new benchmark for decarbonising real estate.
