Law firm Irwin Mitchell has relocated its offices in Sheffield, taking up 48,000 sq ft of space at Elshaw House, one of the newest buildings in the area and part of the Heart of the City development.

The company, which was founded in Sheffield in 1912, employs over 1,000 people in the city, covering various areas of law, including personal injury, medical negligence, family, employment, real estate and corporate services. The firm is currently based at Riverside East in the city.
The Heart of the City scheme is a city centre regeneration project that creates 1.5m sq ft of office, mixed-use, residential, retail and leisure space.
