The hotel comprises a three-storey manor house with 110 en-suite bedrooms and extensive conferencing and leisure facilities, including a self-contained conference centre for up to 300 delegates, a former leisure club with gym and swimming pool and multiple event rooms.

The sale represents a 999-year long-leasehold interest and was structured as an asset transaction. The property had previously been owned by Stoke Rochford Hall 1 Ltd.

Colliers and Enterprise Hotels & Hospitality acted as joint selling advisers on the transaction.

“The combination of its historic character, extensive accommodation and beautifully landscaped 28-acre estate offers an exceptional opportunity to reposition this incredible building,” said Patrick Leoni Sceti, director of The Timeless Collection.

“We look forward to preserving its rich heritage while exploring its full potential.”

Peter Brunt, director, hotels agency team at Colliers, added: “Stoke Rochford Hall is a rare and significant property, combining historic charm with modern facilities.

“Its grade I-listed manor house, ancillary buildings and landscaped grounds provide a unique platform for a variety of uses, from luxury accommodation to events and corporate gatherings, and we continue to find that exceptional properties like this are selling well.”

Richard Saxton from Clarke Willmott solicitors acted for the sellers, while Joanne McIvor from Edwin Coe acted for the purchasers.
