Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Following the great success of our largest-ever January auction sale, which raised over £65m with a success rate in excess of 91%, we are delighted to release our second residential auction catalogue of the year.
“The sale will be over two days and already includes some very high-quality assets being sold by a wide variety of motivated sellers. As market conditions seem to be improving and we see more buyers return to the market, we anticipate a busy couple of weeks of marketing.”
