Valor Real Estate Partners has announced nine promotions, including four senior promotions, as it continues to expand its platform across Europe.

The promotions to senior vice-president are: Timour Wielemans, who has played a key role in Valor’s UK Investments team since 2019; Will Outram, head of ESG UK in Valor’s asset management team; Miles Muthu, who specialises in real estate finance; and Lianghui Lin, who is dedicated to financial reporting and operations.
Valor has also promoted Andrew Nally, UK investments, and Adrien Gornard, France asset management, to vice-president.
The other promotions are Marcus Guillemant to senior associate in the finance team; Hugo Comensoli to associate in the UK asset management team; and Martin Garsic to associate in the finance and data team.
The promotions follow a year in which Valor deployed more than €600m (£521m) across Europe, completed its first acquisition in Italy and secured a number of portfolio asset management mandates.
