Acuitus has released the catalogue for its 26 March auction, featuring a number of London and South East assets, including the freehold of an ultra-prime Mayfair property.

The grade II-listed building with office and residential space over five floors is offered at a guide price of £5.25m, equating to a capital value of around £1,200/sq ft.

Other London lots include a  freehold property on Clapham High Street comprising two large flats and a street-level restaurant, generating an annual rental income of £264,100 and guided at £3.8m.

In Battersea, a freehold property comprising a shop and three flats, producing an annual rent of £118,600, is guided at £1.55m.

Commercial highlights include a 31,938 sq ft shopping centre in Bedford8 with 44 retail and office units, guided at £2.5m.

In Cirencester, Gloucestershire, a 20-unit shopping centre, producing £425,361 in annual rental income, is being offered with a guide of £2.95m.
