The store is on the first floor of the centre and the brand joins occupiers including Wagamama, H&M, UNIQLO, Mango and Oliver Bonas at the scheme.

“Søstrene Grene is a vibrant addition to the centre, building on the strong momentum of the past year,” said Simon Prince, senior associate at the centre’s manager, CBRE Investment Management.

“Strategically located on the upper level, the store enhances the customer journey by encouraging dwell time and complementing our food and beverage offer to create a more engaging shopping and dining experience.

Mikkel Grene, group chief executive and co-owner of Søstrene Grene, added: “We are delighted to be opening our first store in the UK in 2026 at Angel Central, marking an important step in Søstrene Grene’s continued growth across London.

“Islington is a vibrant, creative area with a strong sense of community, making it a natural fit for our brand.”
