Metcalfe returns to the firm’s Cambridge office as an associate director having first joined the company in 2012.

She will be responsible for providing planning advice and consultancy across the eastern region and helping the team to expand existing service lines.

She has 13 years of experience in the planning sector, particularly in strategic, residential and local plan promotion, and was an associate director at Strutt and Parker in Cambridge.

Willis joins a senior planner and was at development consultancy Pegasus before joining Strutt and Parker in Cambridge.

Andy Moffat, head of planning for Savills in the east of England, said: “It’s great to have Rosanna back and to welcome Luke onboard. They complement our team dynamic perfectly and have hit the ground running.

“Their appointment signals our commitment to strengthening and growing our teams in response to market forces – allowing us to navigate the evolving planning landscape and ensuring that we continue to deliver the very best strategic advice for our clients.”

Metcalfe added: “I’m delighted to be back at Savills, where I had nine very happy years at the start of my career. There is a great collaborative culture and the variety and range of projects being undertaken is very exciting.

“I know a lot of the team already and I’m looking forward to helping them continue to grow, alongside advising clients on how to unlock opportunities and support sustainable development across the region.”
