
Savills has launched the catalogue for its sixth sale of the year, taking place on 21 and 22 April, featuring over 300 lots, 21 of which are guided at more than £1m.

Leading the catalogue is a freehold asset comprising three residential buildings arranged to provide 11 self-contained flats in Kingston upon Thames, London, which is guided at £4.75m.
Meanwhile, a five-bedroom stone‑built farmhouse with a two‑bedroom annexe and extensive land, including paddocks, meadow, pasture and mature woodland extending to approximately 312 acres, in Edlington, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, has a guide price of £1.275m.
Commercial highlights include a long‑leasehold, multi‑let office building in Bracknell, Berkshire, totalling 43,405 sq ft and let at £576,796 annually, which is guided at £4m.
In Bingley, West Yorkshire, a high‑yielding food store investment, currently let to Co‑operative Food at £220,000 a year, has a guide price of £2.1m.
Finally, a 90‑acre private island in the Inner Hebrides off Scotland’s west coast has been guided at £350,000.
