Savills has promoted long-standing central London agent Nick Verdi to lead its flagship sales department in Mayfair.

Having operated in the capital’s prime and super-prime property market for over two decades, Verdi takes up the role after seven years of heading the firm’s multi-office sales offerings across the City of London and its surrounding areas.
In his new role, he will run a team handling the sale of properties in Mayfair, St James’s, Soho, Covent Garden and The Hyde Park Estate.
He will report to head of prime central London sales Richard Gutteridge.
