Under the Enclave: Student platform, backed by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, Outpost will be responsible for the operation strategy, leasing and day-to-day management of assets, including The Store House on Briggate in central Leeds.

Designed by Corstorphine & Wright Architects, The Store House is within walking distance of both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.

The scheme also features a range of amenities such as co-working and study spaces, a gym, a contemporary screening room, a private dining room and an exclusive rooftop terrace.

Troy Tomasik, founder and chief executive of Outpost, said: “The launch of Enclave: Student is a natural next step for Outpost Management and for the Enclave brand.

“Our experience across co-living, build-to-rent and PBSA has shown that students increasingly value flexibility, connectivity and high-quality shared spaces, alongside well-designed private accommodation.

“Enclave: Student is about delivering exactly that: well-operated homes that support how people live, study and connect today. Through our collaboration with BlackRock, we’re thrilled to be bringing Enclave’s effortless living concept into the student sector and to be setting a new benchmark for modern, service-led student accommodation.”

Outpost’s move comes after MCR Property Group launched its £360m PBSA platform Flow Student last month, which seeks to own 15,000 beds (valued at £1bn) by the end of this year.
