MAPP has been appointed by the Haberdashers’ Company to manage its central London retail and office portfolio.

The commercial property management specialist will provide a full integrated service, bringing together property and facilities management, occupier engagement, accounting, community-building initiatives, building consultancy and technology solutions.
The instruction covers a number of prominent listings including a freehold asset on Gresham Street near St Paul’s; retail units on West Smithfield; and 25-27 Hosier Lane in Farringdon, a 20,000 sq ft office building currently undergoing refurbishment that is due to be completed in Q3 2026.
Additionally, MAPP is consulting on the Hosier Lane scheme, supporting on technology integration, building management systems, data optimisation and occupier portal functionality to enhance transparency and occupier engagement.
Farebrother has been appointed as development adviser and leasing agent.

Once complete, the asset will have a dedicated onsite team including a building manager, guest experience manager and events lead.
