JLL has appointed Andrew Frost, its current head of UK capital markets, as chairman of its UK business, amid a wave of senior promotions.

Frost, who originally joined JLL in 2011 and has spent the past six years leading the UK capital markets team, will take up the new role from 31 March.
As chairman, Frost will be responsible for helping JLL partner with new clients.

Frost will be succeeded by JLL’s incumbent head of central London markets, Julian Sandbach who has worked at JLL for 18 years and advised on many high-profile and complex transactions in the capital.
In turn, Sandbach will be succeeded by John Woodger alongside his role as head of city capital markets, which he has held since 2022 having joined JLL as a graduate in 2010.

Earlier this year, JLL appointed Peter Fullam as head of UK rating, taking over from Tim Beattie, who led the team for 18 years.
