
Allsop has released its third commercial auction catalogue for 2026, offering 71 investment and mixed-use lots set to go under the hammer on 7 May.

The catalogue’s highest priced asset is a 6.3-acre plot of vacant land near the M4/M25 intersection and Heathrow Airport in west London, guided at £3m-plus.
Meanwhile, a supermarket in Mold, Wales, let to Farmfoods on a new
10- year lease with no breaks at an annual rent of £100,000, has a guide price of £1.25m-plus.
Another notable lot is a 2,591 sq ft office and residential building in Marylebone, west London producing an annual rental income of £209,800, which has been guided at between £2m and £2.1m, representing a gross initial yield of 10.5% if sold at that price.
