MARK Capital Management has appointed Claire Haddon as head of asset management for its Crossbay urban logistics platform.

Clare Haddon
She joins Crossbay from pan-European logistics specialist Oxenwood Real Estate, where she oversaw a diverse pan-European portfolio of around 1.95m sq ft as head of asset management.
Before joining Oxenwood, Haddon was a director at Ciel Capital, a boutique asset and investment manager specialising in hotels, and also spent more than six years at M7 Real Estate as an acquisitions and investment manager.
Crossbay manages a pan-European portfolio totalling more than 9.4m sq ft and mainly comprising single-user urban distribution centres in major gateway cities
Haddon said: “Crossbay has assembled a high-performing team and an excellent track record. I look forward to building on the strategy’s success to date, working closely with our in-country specialists that cover the entire asset lifecycle and strive to deliver value for occupiers and investors each day.”
Crossbay chief executive Marco Riva added: “Crossbay’s disciplined focus on urban distribution centres, a naturally fragmented and granular asset class, requires a best-in-class asset management function to successfully oversee a scaling portfolio. Hiring the right talent, while continuing to leverage our proprietary insights and data, is key to that mission.”
