Federated Hermes has secured dual lettings totalling 34,000 sq ft across Fareham Reach Business Park in Gosport, Hampshire.

Healthcare logistics provider Life Couriers UK is doubling its presence at Fareham Reach by signing for an additional 27,231 sq ft of space, bringing its total footprint to 55,076 sq ft.
The increased space will allow the business to relocate its headquarters from an offsite location to having it under one roof.
Additionally, Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has recommitted to 6,669 sq ft of office space within the park.
Located on the South Coast between Southampton and Portsmouth, the business park offers a range of large, modern, purpose-built warehouses, small industrial units and flexible office spaces tailored to each firm’s needs.
It has an onsite estate manager, a 24-hour helpdesk and security.
Amenities include a café and a go-karting track.
