Super-prime property advisory Daniel Daggers Real Estate (DDRE) Global has bolstered its team with a wave new hires, Property Week can reveal.
This comes as the London-based broker secured its first residential development instruction, appointed alongside Savills as joint selling agent for Vabel Townhouse, a new Bayswater scheme delivering 28 residences and retail space on Queensway.
Appointments include Foysul Miah as new homes associate, as well as Anthony Calder, Christian Marks and Andreea Mihaescu as advisors.
With a decade of experience in the sector, including seven years at Knight Frank, Miah will focus on developer relationships and sales coordination.
Mihaescu is joining DDRE Global with more than 13 years of experience in prime London residential lettings, acquisitions and sales, where she has owned and operated her own property portfolio.
Joining as prime and super prime residential advisor, Calder will specialise in Central and West London, having completed over 1,000 lettings over a 15-year career. Calder worked at Savills for 10 years, were he served as a director and led the Brook Green and Shepherds Bush lettings team.
Marks is set to join as a prime Central London advisor, following a background in capital markets, sales and property management.

DDRE Global has so far reported £86m in sales in 2026, alongside a £2.2m lettings rent roll. Founded in 2020, the latest wave of hires brings the company’s headcount to 55.
