Developer Dandara has appointed Vistry Group’s Nic Davenport as divisional finance director of its housebuilding division.
Nic Davenport will join Dandara from Vistry Group’s West division
In the role, Davenport will oversee the financial performance of the company’s national housebuilding business, as Dandara plans to double its turnover to £1bn by 2031 as part of its five-year strategy.
Based in the developer’s Milton Keynes headquarters, Davenport will also support regional growth across the division, including regional expansion and strategic land acquisitions.
He is joining from his role as divisional finance director of Vistry Group’s West division. Davenport held a range of senior positions at Vistry, after beginning his career as an auditor at Deloitte, working with clients including Taylor Wimpey.
