Colliers has recruited Paddy Evans to join its 12-strong healthcare team, bolstering the firm’s expertise in fund valuation, strategic advisory and transactional services.

Evans has more than 20 years of specialist healthcare real estate and investment experience spanning portfolio and fund valuations, major transactions, refinancing projects and corporate consultancies.
Most recently, he has worked with Montreux Capital and previously led Knight Frank’s healthcare corporate consultancy and advisory team.
