International beauty brand Bath & Body Works has signed a 10-year lease at Derbion shopping centre in Derby.
Bath and Body Works has selected Derbion for its first store in the East Midlands.
The retailer has selected Derbion for its first location in the East Midlands and will open a 1,425 sq ft store later this year.
The US-based retailer currently operates across 54 locations in the UK and Ireland, with 13 dedicated stores.
Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “We’re delighted that Bath & Body Works will be joining the centre and we’re incredibly proud to have been selected as its first location for a dedicated store in the East Midlands. The decision is testament to the continued evolution of Derbion as we cement our position as the home of beauty in the region.”
The signing at Derbion follows the recent arrivals of FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, Castore and Seasalt.
The announcement also follows confirmation that Primark will open in 2027.
