Global real estate adviser Avison Young has announced 44 senior promotions across the business at associate director and director levels.

The promotions span areas including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester and Newcastle.
They encompass eight branches of the business: building and project consultancy; place; rating and technology; business solutions; professional advisory; real estate, facilities and infrastructure management (REFIM); leasing; and capital markets.
