
Allsop has released the catalogue for its 26 March residential auction, featuring 259 lots including nine guided at more than £1m.

Hazel House, 9 Somerset Road, Wimbledon Village
One standout lot is a newly built freehold gated mansion in Wimbledon, south-west London. The 7,890 sq ft eight-bedroom house, with amenities including a gym, a cinema, a steam room and a sauna, is guided at more than £5.25m.
Meanwhile, the former site of Aylesbury United FC’s ground in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, which has planning permission for 42 dwellings, is guided at over £2m.
In Birmingham, a freehold block arranged as 21 self‑contained flats, producing £212,460 in annual rental income, has a guide price of more than £1.9m.
Finally, a freehold building in north-west London with 11 studio flats, all let apart from one and generating an annual rental income of £145,908, is guided at £1.2m.
