Quintain has announced a series of retail and leisure lettings totalling more than 110,000 sq ft across Wembley Park in north-west London, headlined by a major commitment from Marks & Spencer for a new 14,300 sq ft food store.
Quintain said the M&S signing is part of a broader wave of leasing across the sports, music and shopping hub, which attracts 17 million visitors a year, indicating sustained operator confidence in Wembley Park’s growing resident neighbourhood.
Other leasing activity includes Lidl renewing its 11,048 sq ft tenancy at the estate, while Health First Pharmacy has secured a new 1,389 sq ft unit and is relocating from nearby.
Buzz Gym is preparing to open a 21,727 sq ft flagship on Olympic Way this autumn, while Fives has committed to a 34,651 sq ft facility. S3 Padel has renewed its lease on Wembley Park Boulevard and is enhancing its 18,083 sq ft home with a fourth court.
Meanwhile, Macaroni Penguin has opened a 2,012 sq ft children’s play centre, adding a further family-focused friendly experience to the neighbourhood, and Bonbon Pottery Café has committed to 1,809 sq ft on Wembley Park Boulevard.
