Gemma Webb stepped down from her position as group head of employee experience at Barratt Redrow at the end of July.

Webb had joined the company in 2021 as group head of diversity and inclusion, before taking up the role of group head of employee experience in October 2025.
She had previously been the head of employee experience at Royal Mail and group employee engagement manager at Photobox, and had also worked at Costa Coffee, Virgin Trains, Virgin Media and Telefonica.

The firm is yet to confirm who will succeed her in this role.
