The Lexicon opened in 2017 and covers nearly 1m sq ft of retail and leisure space anchored by regional flagships for Waitrose, Fenwick, Primark, Sports Direct, and M&S.
US investor Realty Income bought the centre late last year.
CBRE’s reappointment includes the retention of its lease consultancy team.
“Since acquiring the asset, our focus has been on evolution rather than reinvention, building on what already makes The Lexicon so successful,” said Jess Ford, director asset management at Realty Income.
“With its strong foundations and clear identity, we see a real opportunity to take the scheme to the next level. CBRE and Morgan Williams bring the right expertise to support that journey.”
The Lexicon has an annual footfall of 15 million, with 150 shops, restaurants and leisure units.
CBRE senior director Sarah Hay said: “Having been part of The Lexicon’s evolution for nearly 10 years, the reappointment presents us with a great opportunity to take that work to date even further.”
Richard Allsop, partner at Morgan Williams, added: “There is no doubt that there is huge potential in The Lexicon, and we’re now proud to be part of that journey.”
