Private real estate investment, asset management and development company L&O has appointed Henry Bott as a partner to advance its London developments and expand its UK investment platform.

At L&O, Bott will work on accelerating its growth initiatives and support key projects, including the expansion of the Buckingham Green mixed-use estate in Victoria and the delivery of 38 Finsbury Square, an HQ office redevelopment in partnership with Legal & General.
With around 15 years of international experience across the US, China and south-east Asia, Bott will join L&O from Swire Group’s real estate arm, having most recently served as president of Swire Properties USA, based in Miami.
During his time with Swire, Bott led a team of more than 100 people and oversaw the management of the 5m sq ft Brickell City Centre shopping centre. He also led the design and development of its flagship luxury residential and hospitality project the Residences at Mandarin Oriental.
Bott’s career also includes senior roles across Hong Kong and mainland China, spanning asset management, investment, development and digital strategy. He established Swire’s representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
