Logistics and supply chain management provider Bleckmann has signed a lease with Marq Logistics (formerly GLP Europe) for a 761,361 sq ft unit at Magna Park North Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

The agreement represents Bleckmann’s fourth building in the UK with Marq Logistics and is one of the largest industrial and logistics leases of the year so far.

The unit, MPN 761, has been designed to support modern logistics operations at scale and includes 80 dock doors, 10 level access doors, 94 HGV parking spaces, 525 car parking spaces and 54 electric vehicle charging stations.

The building is rated BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A+’ with battery storage, enhanced natural light, energy-saving systems and an installed solar PV system.
