Quintain’s executive director of development Jason Margrave will step down at the end of this month after more than eight years in the role.

Margrave, who joined the firm in October 2017, previously served as development director at Stanhope.

“It’s been a hugely rewarding period, helping to deliver the transformation of Wembley Park, one of the UK’s most significant urban regeneration schemes and the country’s largest single-site build-to-rent neighbourhood,” he said on LinkedIn.

“I’ve been fortunate to work with an outstanding team and a wide network of partners, collaborators and stakeholders across the industry. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.

“As I take some time to consider the next chapter, my thanks go to the many colleagues, partners, suppliers and stakeholders who have made the journey so enjoyable and impactful.”

Quintain has also unveiled a partnership today (17 April) with resident benefits platform Benefitty to launch The Quintain Living’s Perks+ app, which will provide savings for residents on products and services ranging from groceries to consumer electronics, health and wellbeing, clothing and household goods.

Earlier this year, Quintain secured a £310m green loan from Natixis CIB to refinance its Canada Gardens and Madison BTR developments at Wembley in north-west London.
