Two luxury US brands are set to make their European debuts with flagship stores on Grosvenor’s Mount Street in Mayfair.

Mount Street, Mayfair
New York fashion designer Adam Lippes will open an eponymous 2,100 sq ft store at 9 Mount Street in June; while New York fine jewellery brand FoundRae will open a 2,300 sq ft store at 119 Mount Street a month later.
They join a mix of internationally recognised luxury names on Mount Street including Jessica McCormack, Marchesi 1824, Moynat, Oscar de la Renta, Rubinacci, Simone Rocha, Totême and Valextra.
“Our retail strategy is centred on building a distinctive, complementary mix of brands that value creativity, quality and a more considered customer experience,” said Henry Hunter, Mayfair retail director at Grosvenor.
“Adam Lippes and FoundRae are fantastic additions to the premium retail line up on Mount Street, and attracting such respected independent brands for their first standalone European flagships reflects the enduring appeal of Mount Street Neighbourhood as a destination of choice for leading international brands.”
He added: “These new lettings tell a clear story in how luxury brands approach physical retail. There is growing demand for environments that allow for storytelling, craftsmanship and a deeper connection with customers – something Mount Street is uniquely positioned to offer.
Across Grosvenor’s London portfolio, retail occupancy remains above 96%. Footfall across the Mayfair portfolio increased by 7.1% from the end of 2024 to the end of 2025, while sales in the Mount Street Neighbourhood are up in Q1 2026 compared with the same period in 2025.
