
Allsop has released its fourth residential catalogue of the year, comprising 356 lots – 15 of which are priced over £1m – to be offered over two days on 29 and 30 April.

The highest-valued lot is a freehold building, internally arranged as 102 self-contained flats, in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. It produces an annual rental income of £670,512 and is being offered with a guide price of £7.5m-plus.
Meanwhile, in Centro Court, Aberdeen, a 56-unit student block fetching £436,245 in yearly rent has been guided at £2.5m.
In Fulham, London, a fully let freehold corner building close to Barons Court station, internally arranged to provide two self-contained maisonettes and two self-contained flats, has a guide price of more than £1.5m.
Finally, in Sheffield, Oakwood House, a student block with 59 beds and a commercial space producing £371,860 per year in rental income, has been guided at £1.65m.
