Bidwells has appointed Matthew Pigott and Tim Sturgess as partners in its planning team, in a bid to expand its presence in London.

Sturgess joins as group partner and will lead Bidwells’ outer London and South East business.
He brings nearly 20 years of experience in residential-led mixed-use development and strategic site promotion, including urban extensions, estate regeneration and logistics-led schemes.
Meanwhile, Pigott joins as partner, bringing experience across the real estate sector in the capital.

He specialises in commercial development, including office-led refurbishment, retrofit, extension and mixed-use redevelopment schemes. He has advised across the complete development lifecycle, from site promotion and early feasibility to planning permissions, amendments and delivery.
