B&Q will operate the unit, which has been fully refurbished and is now operational, entirely under its trade‑focused brand TradePoint, marking the first standalone TradePoint store in the UK.

“B&Q’s decision to open its first standalone TradePoint store at Ripple Road highlights the strength and versatility of our UK last‑mile logistics portfolio,” said Andrew Jones, co‑head of real estate at Mileway UK and Ireland.

“This letting reflects our commitment to the active management of our assets, with targeted refurbishment programmes that enhance building quality, sustainability and long‑term performance.”

Kingsley Mack, director of property at B&Q, said: “The Ripple Road site provides the connectivity, scale and functionality we need to support our trade customers across London.

“The quality of the refurbished space and its proximity to key transport routes made it an ideal location for launching our first standalone TradePoint format, enabling us to serve tradespeople more efficiently and effectively.”

Ripple Road comprises two modern logistics units, totalling around 65,000 sq ft. Unit B, comprising 25,000 sq ft, has recently been refurbished and is available to let.
