The firm has appointed Nic Rumble as senior director. He has more than eight years of senior leadership experience from JLL, where he specialised in residential development.
Martha Freer also joins the team, bringing expertise in development financial viability and appraisals.
The team now comprises five development specialists, offering end-to-end advice tailored to each client, including landowners, local authorities, developers, occupiers and investors.
They serve a mix of public and private sector clients across the residential living sectors, including build to rent, single-family rental, co-living, purpose-built student accommodation and strategic land.
Tom Morris, managing director for CBRE Midlands and South West, said: “We’ve seen a clear increase in demand for development advice across the South West, particularly within the living sectors.
“By expanding our team with specialists in land and financial viability, we’re able to offer clients a genuinely joined-up service, from early stage strategy through to delivery. This is a significant step forward for our Bristol and South West development offering.”
