Arrow Point Barnsley is now fully let following the earlier completion of a 186,000 sq ft lease to Gem Imports.

“Last year, the team signed an impressive 62 leases covering almost 3m sq ft of logistics space across the platform.”
He added: “Leasing is in our DNA and I’m delighted that a high-calibre tenant such as Evri is taking further space within our SIRE platform.”
Significant leases signed by Arrow last year included a 580,000 sq ft pre-let to Kion Group-owned BlackForxx at Arrow Point Bremen in Germany; a 220,000 sq ft lease in Breda, the Netherlands, to Vinted Go; and a 130,000 sq ft pre-lease to Product Care Trading in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
Arrow was advised by CBRE and CMS, while Evri was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton and Schofield Sweeney.
