
Allsop has released the catalogue for its 24 March commercial auction, featuring 118 lots comprising retail, mixed‑use, office, industrial and alternative investment opportunities across the country.

South Kensington parade
The highlight is a mixed‑use parade in South Kensington, west London, offered as six individual lots. Located near South Kensington Underground station, each property comprises a ground‑floor shop with a three‑bed maisonette above. The properties are guided at between £2m and £2.2m each.
Meanwhile, a supermarket development in Lymington town centre, Hampshire, which is let to Tesco Stores until 2032, has been guided at between £2.75m and £3m.
Also in Hampshire, a vacant warehouse and office unit in Andover, totalling 95,000 sq ft on a 3.95‑acre site, is guided for above £2.5m.
In Sleaford, Lincolnshire, a 1.213-acre property, comprising a petrol filling station, a convenience store, a retail unit sub-let to Greggs and a workshop, is guided at between £1.3m and £1.4m.
