Real estate investment firm Kennedy Wilson has signed a lease with Transport Infrastructure Ireland on behalf of MetroLink for 49,500 sq ft of grade-A office space at its Coopers Cross business park in Dublin.

The mixed-use campus in Dublin’s north docklands comprises two buildings totalling 381,000 sq ft and is supported by an intelligent building system, which optimises energy use, comfort and operational efficiency.
Coopers Cross has achieved LEED ‘Platinum’, WELL ‘Platinum’ and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certifications and was Ireland’s first commercial development to receive a SmartScore ‘Platinum’ rating.
The development includes 471 apartments, along with amenities and retail spaces, all set around a newly landscaped public park.
Back2Basics, a studio-based gym, is due to open on site soon.
MetroLink joins global financial services company Wells Fargo, which relocated its EU bank to Coopers Cross last year.
