The proposed development comprises four industrial and logistics (I&L) units ranging from 94,148 sq ft to 199,496 sq ft on a 24-acre site, designed to meet BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

The scheme has an estimated gross development value of £140m and is available for pre-let, with the flexibility to accommodate a single unit of up to 550,000 sq ft.

Units will be available in Q1 2028, following Eaton Corporation’s move to its new 176,000 sq ft aerospace facility at Daedalus, which is also being delivered by RLAMP and Graftongate.

Formerly known as Abbey Works, Fareham Distribution Park was acquired by RLAMP in 2024.

Matthew Barnes, senior asset manager at RLAMP, said: “This site is rare in the south coast market for both its scale and its connectivity, and we are looking forward to delivering best-in-class I&L facilities for prospective occupiers, in line with our development strategy.”

Alex Thomason, director at Graftongate, added: “The scheme is exceptionally well connected and will provide much-needed high-quality I&L space in the south coast market.”

DTRE is the retained agent.
