AJ Capital Partners has put the Graduate hotel by Hilton Cambridge up for sale, seeking offers in excess of £60m to £65m.

CBRE has been appointed to market the hotel, located on the banks of the River Cam near the University of Cambridge, which has 148 homes and was refurbished in 2021.
The Graduate also includes more than 4,600 sq ft of event space alongside amenities such as a fitness centre with swimming pool, restaurant, a café and bar and a car park with 151 spaces.
Miles Auger, head of UK hotels at CBRE, said: “Graduate Cambridge represents an opportunity to acquire a recently refurbished hotel in one of the UK’s most competitive and internationally recognised markets.
“Given Cambridge’s demand profile and limited future supply, we expect to see strong interest from domestic and global capital.”
Hilton Worldwide purchased the Graduate brand in 2024. There are two other Graduate hotels in the UK, both in Oxford.
